2:05 Senate Reconvense for Discussion of Interior Appropriations Bill The Senate reconvened at 1:00 PM today for further discussion of H.R. 2361, FY06 Interior Appropriations bill. Today is the last day to introduce amendments to the bill. Senator Voinovich is expected to propose an amendment this afternoon that would prohibit the funding made available in this act to be used by an Indian tribe for the specific use of gaming without the consent of the Governor of the State where the land is located. 2:06:02 PM
