9:45 Opening Remarks by the Senate Majority Leader Senator Frist started off today's session by discussing the Senate's Floor schedule.  The Senate is currently debating a bill to increase funding for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), S.2320. There will be no roll call votes during today's session.  Senator Frist mentioned that there will be votes on three District Judges on Monday evening.  Senator Frist also stated that the Senate will begin consideration of lobbying reform legislation next week. 10:13:19 AM
