Mukasey Updates Questionnaire Monday With Letter
To Judiciary Committee Chairman Leahy

 

WASHINGTON (Monday, Oct. 15, 2007) – Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) Monday evening received the attached letter from Attorney General nominee Michael Mukasey, updating the nominee’s Committee questionnaire.

The Judiciary Committee will begin hearings on the Attorney General nomination Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in the Hart Senate Office Building.  Mukasey first submitted his completed questionnaire to the Committee on Oct. 2.  The questionnaire is available online:  http://leahy.senate.gov/press/200710/Mukasey_questionnaire.pdf.
