Sen. Leahy enjoys hearing from young Vermonters who are concerned about what is happening in Washington.  Every year, hundreds of students who visit Washington with their school groups, or through any number of student government programs, meet Sen. Leahy in his Washington, DC office.  Sen. Leahy, who is known as the "Cyber Senator" also enjoys "virtual visits" he shares each year with Vermont schools through his online chat program.
